1. All cars are insured for damage by collision, fire, theft and the chauffeur’s legal liability to his passengers in the event of an accident.
2. No person other than the chauffeur is permitted to drive the hired car.
3. Japan UK Chauffeurs Ltd. does not accept responsibility or liability for any delay however caused.
4. The chauffeur will travel by the route, which in his opinion is the most appropriate at that time unless instructed by the customer otherwise.
5. On long hires, Japan UK Chauffeurs Ltd. reserves the right to replace the chauffeur during the hire.
6. All prices shown are for cash payments exclusive of V.A.T.
7. Hire on account will incur a service and administration charge of 14.5% (minimum £3.50). Credit card payment will incur a 7.5% (minimum£3.50) handling charge.
8. Accounts not settled within the invoice payment due date will incur an administration charge of an extra £25.00 + V.A.T.
9. For bookings that last more than 4 hours, chauffeur allowance will be charged at the following rates.
      4-6 Hours: £15.00
      6-8 Hours: £18.00
      8-10 Hours: £25.00
      10-12 Hours: £30.00
      Over 12 Hours: £40.00 per 12 hours of part of.
10. An overnight accommodation allowance of £110.00 per night will be charged when keeping the hired car overnight in the U.K., and £190.00 for overseas.
11. For overseas tours, extra insurance will be required for which a charge will be made together with all freight at cost.
12. There is no extra charge for bank holidays, except during Christmas (24th, 25th, and 26th of December) and New Year’s Eve. & Day @100%.
13. Parking charges and porterage, if incurred, will be charged at cost.
14. On line bookings must be made at least 24 Hrs. before booking time.
15. All A/D and Time & Mileage charges are calculated from Base-to-Base.
16. An extra charge will be added for A-to-B journeys that take longer than average, due to extreme traffic conditions.
17. Waiting time will be charged after the first 5 minutes in increments of 15 minutes.
18. Cancellation Charges:
No cancellation fees will be charged if notice is given as follows:-
      * For reservations lasting less than 4 Hours, a 24 Hrs. notice must be given, otherwise a 20% of fare will become payable.
      * For reservations lasting more than 4 hours, a one week’s notice is required, otherwise a charge of 100% will be payable
