We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.<p> <font color="red"> Q03: Do you have a special charge for weekends or bank holidays?<br><font color="000099"> A03: Our fares are the same for weekdays, weekends and bank holidays, except for the following 5 days: 1st of January, 24th, 25th, 26th, and 31st of December. <p><font color="red"> Q04: Do your prices include VAT or is VAT extra?<br><font color="000099"> A04: Because we have both business and personal users amongst our clients, we always quote both the net and VAT inclusive prices. Do I have to pay V.A.T.? <br><font color="000099"> A06: Yes. <p><font color="red"> Q07: What happens if I cancel my booking? <br><font color="000099"> A07: There will be a charge, depending on your booking. <p><font color="red"> Q08: Can I make a booking on short notice? <br><font color="000099"> A08: Yes, as long as we have available chauffeurs and vehicles, we can accept your booking and dispatch a car immediately. <p><font color="red"> Q09: If my plane is delayed or arrived earlier, will the chauffeur be there waiting for me? <br><font color="000099"> A09: Before dispatching the chauffeur, we always monitor your ETA using the most advanced techniques for long haul flights. For short haul flights, the chauffeur will be at the arrivals gate on the ETA time informed 90 minutes before. <p><font color="red"> Q10: How will my guest recognise the chauffeur? <br><font color="000099"> A10: Our chauffeurs are very experienced at meeting clients at arrivals. He will be positioned so that he is clearly visible and will be holding a clear name board with your guest s name clearly printed in the language you prefer. <p><font color="red"> Q11: What would happen if my guest or myself are delayed in Customs or Immigration? <br><font color="000099"> A11: If the delay is exceeds 90 minutes, the chauffeur will first enquire at Customs and Immigration desk for any delays, then inform our office which will do all they can to find out the reason for delay and contact yourselves, or your office for further instructions. <p><font color="red"> Q12: What can I do to reduce the waiting time charges for airport pick up? <br><font color="000099"> A12: You may order your car from the airport 30, 45 or even 60 minutes after ETA. <p><font color="red"> Q13: How long does the journey take from the airport to London City? <br><font color="000099"> A13: It takes around 45 minutes from Heathrow and around 70 minutes from Gatwick to London City, depending on the time of the day and traffic conditions <p><font color="red"> Q14: Can I choose which chauffeur to drive which car? <br><font color="000099"> A14: Yes, you may choose your preferred chauffeur and car, subject to availability. <p><font color="red"> Q15: Can I request to be notified when the car arrives at the pick up address? <br><font color="000099"> A15: Yes, our office will always inform you of the car arrival by telephone. <p><font color="red"> Q16: What if I do miss my chauffeur for some reason? <br><font color="000099"> A16: Please telephone our office, we will arrange for the chauffeur to come to you. <p><font color="red"> Q17: Can I order a car for a short journey? <br><font color="000099"> A17: Yes. Our minimum charges will then apply. <p><font color="red"> Q18: Can I order a car to take me to a restaurant or theatre and a separate order to take me back? <br><font color="000099"> A18: Yes, but if you decide to leave your belongings in the car, the whole journey will be charged as one booking which will incur waiting time charges, as that car could not be used for any other bookings meanwhile. <p><font color="red"> Q19: My guests speak only Japanese. <br><font color="000099"> A19: We have our Japanese-speaking customer service officers who will be able to assist your guests. <p><font color="red"> Q20: My guests wish to have a Japanese-speaking assistant during their stay in the U.K. <br><font color="000099"> A20: You may either have a JSA from our office, or we can arrange for a blue badge Japanese-speaking tour guide. <p><font color="red"> Q21: Are you fully insured to carry passengers? <br><font color="000099"> A21: Yes. We are covered by one of the most renowned insurance for what is known as "Hire or Reward".
